Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support our sales and client relationship activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in sales, business development, or account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, updates, and service support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and presentations
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Maintain accurate customer records and account data
• Follow up on payments, orders, and client requests
• Support senior account managers in achieving sales targets
• Generate regular sales and account activity reports
• Build strong professional relationships with clients

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, accounts, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

**Preferred Skills**

• Understanding of sales processes and client management
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
• Professional and positive attitude
