Job Title: Junior Video Editor & Shoot Assistant

Location: In-House / Full-Time

About the Role:

Pratibimb is looking for a creative and sincere Junior Video Editor & Shoot Assistant to join the in-house team. Freshers are welcome if they have a genuine interest in storytelling, content creation, and visual editing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot basic reels and videos using phone or camera setups.

2. Edit short-form reels and social media content.

3. Assist during interviews, outdoor shoots, and content production activities.

4. Add subtitles, music, transitions, and smooth pacing to video edits.

5. Organize footage and maintain content files systematically.

6. Collaborate closely with the creative and content team on storytelling-focused projects.

7. Support visual content creation across Pratibimb and associated brand work.

The team values simplicity, storytelling, emotion, and authenticity over flashy edits or trend-only content.

Interest in cinematic and emotionally engaging content creation.4. Creative mindset with willingness to learn and grow.5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.6.
