Compensation: INR 25,000/mo Role Overview: We are hiring a full-time Junior Web Developer to own our digital frontend and maintain our backend infrastructure. This role is built for execution and shipping speed. We prioritize pragmatic engineering—leveraging visual builders, low-code automations, and AI to scale our product rapidly, rather than writing custom architectures from scratch. Please complete this brief form to apply. Key Responsibilities: • Frontend Engineering: Convert Figma designs into fully responsive, interactive web pages natively in Framer. You will own the site structure, layout (Stacks/Grids), animations, and CMS within Framer. • Backend Infrastructure: Monitor our existing Firebase setup (Firestore, Cloud Functions). Troubleshoot read/write errors, manage database rules, and ensure data integrity. • Growth Operations & Webhooks: Manage and debug third-party API integrations, focusing on payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay) and webhook automations (Zapier, n8n, or Make). • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the technical owner for ad-hoc issues, quickly resolving everything from broken checkout links to failing API payloads. Requirements: • Proven Framer Expertise (Must Have): You deeply understand Framer‘s component system, native breakpoints, and CMS capabilities. (Be prepared to show live Framer sites you have built).
