Job Summary
Graeon.ai is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager / Project Manager to manage ERP and HRMS client implementations while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful system deployment, coordinating with internal teams, managing project timelines and costing, and delivering a seamless experience to clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end ERP & HRMS implementation projects for clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and product teams for smooth implementation.
· Define and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
· Manage project costing, resource allocation, and team coordination for implementation.
· Oversee billing milestones, invoicing coordination, and project commercial tracking.
· Provide product demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to clients.
· Ensure successful system deployment and post-implementation support.
· Monitor client satisfaction, product adoption, and system usage.
· Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional modules, and renewals.
· Maintain implementation documentation, project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and product enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
· 3–7 years of experience in ERP / HRMS implementation, project management, or account management.
· Strong project management and client handling skills.
· Understanding of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, and ERP workflows is a plus.
· Experience managing project timelines, costing, and billing coordination.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
· Experience working with SaaS-based ERP or HRMS platforms.
· Familiarity with implementation lifecycle and client onboarding processes.
· Experience in client success or enterprise account management.
