Position Summary

The Legal Executive shall be a qualified Advocate responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating all legal, regulatory, compliance, litigation, contractual, and advisory matters of the Group, including its Medical College, University, Colleges, Schools, Hospitals, Trust, and all affiliated institutions and entities. The incumbent will act as the principal legal resource for the organization and ensure protection of the Group's legal interests while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.Enrollment with the Bar Council and valid license to practice as an Advocate.Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in handling legal matters for educational institutions, universities, trusts, healthcare institutions, or corporate organizations.Proven experience in litigation management, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Management
