Job Summary :

Raipur, a leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment such as Filter Bags & Cages and a trusted supplier of ESP Spares, is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Logistics and Dispatch to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations, transportation, dispatch planning, inventory movement, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials and products. The role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills along with 3+ years of experience in the industrial logistics field.

The selected candidate will focus on logistics planning, shipment coordination, warehouse management, transportation efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with transporters, vendors, and clients while ensuring operational excellence and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily logistics and transportation operations efficiently

· Coordinate dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules

· Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials

· Maintain proper inventory and logistics records

· Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse, and production teams

· Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery performance

· Monitor loading/unloading activities and material handling

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

· Resolve logistics-related issues and delivery delays promptly

· Prepare logistics reports, MIS, and operational updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations

· Problem-solving and time management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems

· Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

· Team-oriented and target-driven approach

Additional Details :

· Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

· Relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing logistics preferred
