**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management and transportation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Plan and execute dispatch schedules for smooth workflow.
- Handle documentation related to shipping, procurement, and deliveries.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields).
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
