**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a **maintenance engineer** who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and smooth functioning of all production and utility equipment used in **backsheet and encapsulant manufacturing**.

The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform **preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance** of plant machinery
• Troubleshoot issues in **extrusion lines, coating machines, and lamination units**
• Handle utility equipment such as **pumps, compressors, motors, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers**
• Work on **electrical panels and basic PLC systems**
• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum equipment efficiency
• Carry out **modification and improvement activities** in machines
• Maintain proper **maintenance records, logs, and reports**
• Coordinate with production team for smooth operations

**Technical Requirements**

• Knowledge of **extrusion and lamination process**
• Understanding of **PLC systems**
• Electrical troubleshooting and panel handling
• Familiarity with **hydraulics and pneumatics systems**
• Experience in handling **HEMM equipment** (Forklift, Hydra Crane)

**Eligibility Criteria**

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering**
• 2–4 years of experience in:
• Polymer / Plastic / Film Manufacturing
• Solar materials (Backsheet, EVA, POE)
• Flexible Packaging Industry

**Required Skills**

• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Hands-on approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good record-keeping and reporting skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
