Maintenance Manager

Deputy General Manager Responsibilities • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the coal handling plant. • Leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to execute maintenance activities. • Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability. • Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize plant performance. • Managing the budget for maintenance activities and ensuring cost-effective solutions. • Implementing best practices for maintenance and continuously seeking ways to enhance plant reliability. • Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 15-20 years of experience in coal handling plant maintenance or related field.
