Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead bank partnerships and manage payout operations. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and execution, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across banking partners, sales, finance, and internal teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Bank Partnerships & Alliances

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with banks and NBFCsNegotiate commercial terms including payouts, commissions, and exclusive arrangementsEstablish and strengthen strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth2. Sales Enablement

Collaborate with sales teams to effectively deploy banking partnerships on the groundEnsure clear communication of offers, eligibility criteria, and processesSupport closure of high-value business opportunities3. Payout Management

Oversee the end-to-end payout lifecycle ensuring accuracy and timelinessMonitor and resolve discrepancies, ensuring zero revenue leakageMaintain robust tracking mechanisms for payout reconciliation4. Finance Coordination

Work closely with Accounts and Finance teams on invoicing and collectionsTrack receivables and ensure timely payments from partnersMaintain accurate MIS reports and financial records5. Process Improvement &
