A training manager develops and implements employee training programs to enhance skills and align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing and delivering programs, selecting training materials, managing budgets, evaluating program effectiveness, and staying updated on industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assess employee skill gaps and organizational goals to design tailored training programs.

Create and select appropriate training materials, presentations, and resources.

Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and orientations for new hires and existing employees.

Coach, and support internal trainers and select external training providers and vendors.

Oversee training budgets, manage expenses, and handle administrative tasks like registration and scheduling.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Must aware about latest trends, technologies, and best practices in training and development.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of training activities and employee

Shall be responsible for providing Marketing & Branding support to our training centers by helping them achieve their time bound revenue targets progress.

Shall be responsible for providing Placement support to our training centres by meeting time bound placement targets.

They shall be an integral part of our marketing team and shall be responsible to meet the centre’s mobilization/admission targets.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design.
• Proven ability to manage training programs and develop training content.
• Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
