**Job Responsibilities**

• Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and networking
• Meet local business owners and explain digital marketing services
• Pitch services like website development, SEO, social media management, Google Ads, and branding
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers
• Coordinate with internal design and marketing teams for client requirements
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
• Represent CG Digital Media professionally in meetings and events

**Required Skills**

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
• Confidence in client interaction and sales pitching
• Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / BBA / MBA / Digital Marketing
• Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
• Experience in sales/marketing preferred
