Position Purpose
The Marketing Manager will lead, structure, and scale the hospital's market presence and brand equity across the entire state. This role requires a dynamic, highly driven leader who can manage a high-performing field marketing team, divide and optimize regional territories, execute multi-platform campaigns, and directly drive strategic growth initiatives like franchise expansion and corporate tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership, Recruitment & Territory Allocation
- **Team Management:** Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a robust team of Field Marketing Executives and Assistant Managers.
- **Area Division & Deployment:** Strategically divide the state into high-yield territories (zones/districts) and assign marketing executives based on market potential, ensuring complete geographical coverage and zero overlap.
- **KPI Tracking:** Define clear monthly targets, Daily Activity Report (DAR) structures, and doctor/clinic visit metrics for the field team, monitoring their performance via CRM tracking tools.
2. Multi-Platform Marketing Campaigns & State-Wide Activities
- **BTL & Field Activities:** Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact on-ground marketing activities across the state, including mega health camps, continuous medical education (CMEs) for peripheral doctors, public awareness rallies, and health talks.
- **Digital & Brand Strategy:** Oversee the hospital’s digital footprint (social media, localized SEO, and Google My Business performance) alongside traditional print/outdoor media to ensure a cohesive brand image state-wide.
- **Event Coordination:** Direct and approve all local-level branding collateral, banners, and brochures used by field executives for activities.
3. Franchise Expansion & New Business Avenues
- **Franchise Business Development:** Identify and pitch to potential partners (local clinics, diagnostic centers, or smaller nursing homes) in tier-2 and tier-3 towns to establish Ashoka Hospital's franchise networks or information centers.
- **New Revenue Streams:** Pioneer new business avenues by securing lucrative corporate tie-ups, empanelment with major Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), government health schemes, and large private corporate employers.
4. Sales Coordination & Conversion Pipeline
- **Sales-Marketing Alignment:** Work hand-in-hand with the internal Sales, Patient Relationship Management (PRM), and TPA teams to ensure that leads generated from marketing camps and field activities seamlessly transition into IPD (In-Patient Department) admissions.
- **Feedback Loops:** Analyze monthly admission data with the sales team to reverse-engineer which geographical zones or marketing activities are yielding the highest financial returns, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Key Skills & Competencies
- **Strategic Territory Planning:** Proactive mapping of geographic territories to maximize executive productivity.
- **Franchise & B2B Deal Closing:** Strong negotiation skills with the capability to pitch partnership models to local healthcare entrepreneurs and corporate heads.
- **Data-Driven Decisions:** Ability to evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing camps and digital campaigns.
- **High Mobility:** Willingness to travel frequently across the state to audit field teams and close high-value business deals.
Job Specifications / Qualifications
- **Experience:** 5 to 10 years of aggressive marketing experience in the healthcare sector (Superspeciality Hospitals, large diagnostic chains, or major pharmaceutical companies), with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading a field team.
- **Education:** MBA in Marketing, Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management, or equivalent degree.
- **Network:** An existing, strong network of relationships with peripheral doctors, healthcare consultants, and corporate/PSU empanelment boards within the state is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
