2–3 Years --- ### Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.

Provide timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for a broad spectrum of medical conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and infectious diseases.Manage emergency medical cases with prompt intervention, stabilizing patients and coordinating with critical care teams when required.Lead and supervise OPD services, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical guidelines.Oversee CU (Critical Care Unit) management, including patient monitoring, protocol adherence, and collaboration with ICU staff.Maintain detailed and compliant medical records in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and morbidity & mortality reviews.Mentor junior medical staff, interns, and residents through regular case discussions and on-the-job training.Stay current with medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices through continuous professional development.Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate holistic patient care plans. --- ### Requirements - MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Medicine (MD/DM) or equivalent.Minimum of 2–3 years of proven clinical exper
