MEP Engineer

Supervise and manage all MEP activities including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, STP/WTP, and BMS systems for the 5-star hotel project.

Review and execute MEP works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and hotel brand standards.

Coordinate with civil, architecture, interior, kitchen, laundry, banquet, and landscape teams for smooth execution.

Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of chillers, AHU, VRV/VRF systems, electrical panels, lighting, DG, UPS, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.

Ensure execution of MEP work according to luxury hospitality standards, local regulations, and safety norms.

Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical/site-related issues.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and hotel management teams to ensure timely completion of the project.

Verify material quality, approve work progress, and monitor MEP material consumption.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material planning, and project updates for management.

Ensure proper testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover of MEP systems before hotel operations.

Required Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Certification in MEP, HVAC, Fire Safety, or Project Management preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality Projects, Resorts, High-End Commercial Buildings, or Premium Construction Projects.
