**MIS Executive**

We are looking for a sharp and technically strong MIS Executive to own our data reporting ecosystem. This role goes beyond basic Excel — you will build automated workflows using **Google Apps Script**, design insightful dashboards in **Looker Studio**, and ensure data flows seamlessly across Google Workspace tools.

The ideal candidate is someone who writes Apps Script fluently, understands data pipeline logic, and can turn raw business data into clear, actionable visual reports — with minimal hand-holding.
**Google Apps Script Mandatory**

• Custom functions & triggers (time-based, onChange, onEdit)
• Automating Google Sheets — data pull, formatting, alerts
• Gmail automation — auto-report emails, scheduling
• Google Forms to Sheets pipelines
• Drive & Docs manipulation via script
• REST API calls using UrlFetchApp
• HTMLService for mini web apps.

**Looker Studio**

• Building multi-page interactive dashboards
• Connecting data sources — Sheets, BigQuery, CSV
• Custom calculated fields and date comparisons
• Filters, scorecards, time-series charts
• Blending multiple data sources
• Scheduled report sharing & embed links

**Key responsibilities**

• Build and maintain automated MIS reports using Google Apps Script and Sheets.
• Design and manage Looker Studio dashboards for management review.
• Automate recurring reports — daily, weekly, monthly — with zero manual intervention.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting view.
• Create Gmail-based scheduled report delivery using Apps Script.
• Monitor data quality and flag discrepancies proactively.
• Work with department heads to understand reporting needs and build custom solutions.
• Maintain documentation of all scripts, dashboards, and data flows.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from leadership.

**Candidate profile**

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or related field
• 1–4 years of hands-on MIS / data reporting experience
• Must have written Google Apps Script independently — not just copied from Stack Overflow
• Comfortable working with large
