Mother Teacher and Associate Teacher (Primary Section) Role Summary: A Mother Teacher handles all core subjects for one primary class and is responsible for the overall academic, emotional, and behavioral development of students. Key Responsibilities: • Teach English, Maths, EVS, and other primary subjects. • Maintain class discipline and positive environment. • Monitor students’ academic progress. • Conduct assessments and maintain records. • Communicate regularly with parents. • Plan activities, projects, and classroom displays. • Support students’ emotional and social development • Qualification: • Graduate + D.El.Ed/B.Ed. • Strong communication skills. • Experience in primary teaching preferred.
