Job Summary

2050 Healthcare Rehab is looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Incharge to oversee nursing operations at our Raipur Rehabilitation Center. The candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining clinical standards, and coordinating with doctors and rehabilitation teams for smooth patient management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing activities at the rehab center.

Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.

Monitor patient health conditions and maintain accurate nursing records.

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for patient treatment plans.

Manage duty rosters, staff allocation, and shift scheduling.

Train and guide nursing staff on patient care and rehabilitation procedures.

Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments.

Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards.

Handle patient and family concerns professionally and empathetically.

Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

Valid nursing registration certificate.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hospital or rehabilitation care.

Prior experience in team handling or nursing supervision preferred.

Skills Required

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Patient-centered approach with empathy and professionalism.

Good knowledge of rehabilitation and clinical care processes.

Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
