Job Description – NW Designing & Optimisation Engineer with Additional MIS skillset Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and intelligent MIS professional with exceptional problem-solving ability and strong business understanding. The ideal candidate should possess excellent IQ, logical thinking, data interpretation capability, and the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.The role requires someone who can independently manage reporting systems, identify trends, automate processes, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and meaningful MIS reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and automate MIS dashboards, reports, and trackers.Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.Monitor network KPIs, performance trends, and operational metrics.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.Build advanced Excel models and reporting automation solutions.Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic presentations.Continuously improve reporting efficiency and analytical frameworks.Required SkillsExceptional analytical and logical reasoning capability.High IQ with strong problem-solving mindset.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Power Query, Macros preferred).Go
