Job Description Position: Office Administrator Company: Klaimify Private Limited Location: Raipur / Office Location Reports To: Founder / Operations Manager About Klaimify Klaimify Private Limited is a technology consulting company and an official ERPNext implementation partner helping organizations adopt digital ERP systems across multiple industries. We focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and technology-driven business solutions. Role Overview The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, coordinating internal teams, managing documentation, and supporting administrative processes across departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations • Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. • Handle office utilities, maintenance, and service providers. Documentation & Record Management • Maintain company records, documents, and internal files. • Organize and maintain digital records in ERP or document management systems. • Assist in preparing internal reports, letters, and documents. Coordination & Communication • Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Project, Accounts). • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars. • Support management in organizing company meetings and events. Administrative Support • Assist in proposal documentation and client communications when required. • Help track operational activities and maintain administrative records. • Support HR with onboarding documentation and employee records. Vendor & Facility Management • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, internet, and utilities. • Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments coordination with accounts. Travel & Logistics • Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for employees when required. • Support logistics for meetings, client visits, and company events. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Experience • 1–3 years experience in office administration or operations support. • Experience working in IT/consulting companies is preferred. Skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Good written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. • Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext preferred) is a plus. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
