Job Description:

We are looking for a **Office Assistant cum EA** to support daily office operations and assist the Director with administrative and coordination tasks. The role also involves occasional field work for official purposes. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Support the Director with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic coordination tasks.
• Maintain records, files, and data entries.
• Visit banks, vendors, government offices, and other locations for official field work when required.
• Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth functioning of routine office activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• **Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.**
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for official field work when required.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
