Proven Experience: Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience operating JCB backhoe loaders.Valid License: Must hold a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or specialized JCB Operator license.Technical Skills: Ability to handle various attachments (buckets, breakers) and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.Fitness: Must be physically fit to work long hours in outdoor weather condition
