Role Description
This full-time on-site position located in Bhilai seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive Engineer to spearhead business development and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating and executing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the engineering and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for generating proposals and contributing to the success of ongoing and future projects.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Hands-on knowledge of Industry 4.0 solutions, engineering services, and project management
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster and sustain business partnerships
• Problem-solving aptitude combined with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in creating proposals and delivering impactful product demonstrations
• Team coordination and collaborative skills to work effectively on cross-functional projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or a closely related field). MBA or equivalent sales training is an added advantage
• Familiarity with omni-channel sales strategies and the ability to adapt to dynamic market trends
