Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all plant operations: Procurement, Production, Dispatch, Transport, Store, Purchase - Plan daily production targets and ensure execution - Assign tasks to department staff and ensure timely completion - Submit daily reports to Directors via WhatsApp - Maintain quality control from milk procurement to finished products - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers - Maintain plant discipline and time management
