**Job Description: CRM-Pre-Sales Executive**

**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
**Department:** Sales / Business Operations

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales process by managing CRM operations, coordinating integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of APIs, and the ability to streamline pre-sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and update **CRM systems** to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
• Coordinate **API integrations** and ensure smooth data flow between platforms
• Handle **data mapping and configuration** within CRM systems
• Support **subscription and onboarding processes** through CRM tools
• Assist in **plan setup and configuration** aligned with client requirements
• Work closely with internal teams for **booster/feature enablement**
• Ensure proper implementation of **business rule engines (BRE) within CRM**
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to **prepare solutions before deal closure**
• Maintain documentation and ensure process clarity for all pre-sales activities

**Key Skills & Requirements**

• Basic understanding of **CRM tools, MS- Excel and workflows**
• Familiarity with **APIs and system integrations**
• Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**
• Good communication and **cross-functional coordination ability**
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
