Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Operation Theatre Technology

Experience

Experience in Orthopedic OT – Preferred / Mandatory
Experience in handling trauma and orthopedic surgeries will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain OT setup for orthopedic surgeries
Assist orthopedic surgeons during trauma, joint, and spine procedures
Handle OT instruments, implants, and surgical equipment
Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols
Prepare patients for surgery and assist during operative procedures
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff
Maintain OT records, inventory, and equipment management

Skills Required

Knowledge of orthopedic instruments and implants
OT assistance and emergency handling skills
Good coordination and teamwork abilities
Understanding of sterilization and OT protocols
