**Job Purpose**
To promote and sell automobile spare parts in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, and distributors, ensuring business growth and brand visibility.
**Key Responsibilities**. **Sales & Business Development**
- Promote and sell company spare parts to retailers, workshops, and mechanics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new customers and expand market reach
- Ensure product availability at retail counters
2. **Market Coverage**
- Visit assigned market regularly as per beat plan
- Develop strong network with mechanics and garage owners
3. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and mechanics
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collect market feedback including competitor activity
4. **Scheme & Promotion Execution**
- Execute company schemes, offers, and promotional activities
- Educate customers about new products and schemes
5. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Submit daily reports of visits, sales, and market updates
- Maintain records of orders, payments, and stock movement
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Automobile/Spare parts preferred)
- Fresher with good communication skills can also apply
**Skills Required**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Relationship-building ability
- Basic mobile reporting (WhatsApp/Apps)
**Other Requirements**
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Travel Allowance (TA/DA)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
