Pastry Chef

Location: Raipur

Reports to: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to lead the development and production of clean, wholesome desserts for our F&B business expansion.

The ideal candidate is passionate about healthy baking, natural ingredients, and refined sugar-free / gluten-free alternatives while maintaining excellent taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute clean desserts (refined sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, high-protein options).

• Standardize recipes with accurate costing and portion control.

• Ensure high quality, freshness, and consistency in production.

• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and clean kitchen practices.

• Source and manage quality ingredients aligned with clean-eating standards.

• Innovate seasonal and trend-based healthy dessert offerings.

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.

• Knowledge of alternative flours, natural sweeteners, and functional ingredients.

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
