What You’ll Do:
• Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.
• Conduct deep audience research , A/B testing , and funnel analysis to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in generating high-quality leads or eCommerce sales .
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking , pixel setup , and Google Tag Manager .
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) , Looker Studio , or similar tools.
• Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
• Experience with YouTube Ads , LinkedIn Ads , or Performance Max campaigns .
• Understanding of funnels, landing pages , and CRM integration .
• Agency experience handling multiple client accounts.
