**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly competent and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team for Senior Secondary classes. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make Physics engaging, practical, and concept-oriented for students preparing for board and competitive examinations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach Physics to Grades XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum guidelines
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lessons covering Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electrodynamics, Optics, Modern Physics, and related topics
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessments
- Conduct Physics practicals and ensure proper laboratory safety procedures
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive exams through structured revision and problem-solving sessions
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive academic feedback
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support when required
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and assessment documentation
- Use digital teaching tools, smart classroom technology, and innovative teaching methodologies
- Participate actively in school activities, PTMs, training programs, and academic meetings
- Foster analytical thinking, curiosity, and scientific temperament among students
**Eligibility Criteria**
- M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Minimum 35 years of experience teaching Physics for Grades XI & XII
- Prior experience in CBSE schools preferred
- Strong command over numerical problem-solving and board exam preparation strategies
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Candidates with experience in NEET/JEE foundation or competitive exam preparation will be preferred.
