The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of banking services. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services. • Provide accurate information regarding bank products, services, and account details. • Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Assist customers with service requests, account-related queries, and basic banking processes. • Maintain proper call records and update customer information in the system. • Follow bank policies, compliance standards, and service protocols. Eligibility Criteria: • Graduate in any discipline. • 0–1 year of experience in customer service or banking support preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with banking systems.
