Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional Pilates sessions including: Personal Training & Group Pilates Classes

• Guide clients with Correct posture, Body alignment, Breathing techniques, Controlled movement & form

• Plan customized sessions based on Fitness levels, Mobility & flexibility, Body condition, Client goals

• Help clients improve Core strength, Balance, Flexibility, Mobility, Body awareness

• Track client progress, attendance, measurements, and transformation results

• Build strong client relationships and support client retention through high-quality training

• Deliver a premium, motivating, and results-oriented Pilates experience
