**Position:** Plant Incharge – Kiln Refractory

**Experience:** 5–8 Years in Refractory / Kiln Refractory Industry
**Qualification:**
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Ceramic, Metallurgy, or relevant field preferred.
**Preferred Candidate:**
- Experience in **Kiln Refractory / Refractory Manufacturing Industry** mandatory.
- Candidate should be capable of handling complete plant operations independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Overall responsibility for smooth plant operations and production activities of kiln refractory materials.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per quality and timeline requirements.
- Monitor and control kiln operations, refractory production process, and plant efficiency.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, raw materials, and resources.
- Maintain production quality as per company standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown, preventive maintenance, and machine uptime.
- Monitor fuel consumption, electricity, labour cost, and production cost optimization.
- Ensure proper stock management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain daily production reports, MIS, and plant documentation.
- Ensure implementation of safety policies, SOPs, and housekeeping inside the plant.
- Handle manpower discipline, shift management, and team coordination.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Dispatch, Purchase, and Store departments for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure timely dispatch readiness as per production planning.
