We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage, track, and streamline internal processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain, update, and analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Ensure process compliance and identify gaps or areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Track performance metrics and share insights with management
• Support process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Process Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, reporting)
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Prior experience as an Process Coordination, Personal Assistant, or similar role is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and coordination ability

**We are also accepting applicants from Operations Coordinator, Operations Associate, Operations Officer, Operations Specialist, Operations Administrator.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
