**About the Role**

We’re looking for someone who can **build and scale bank partnerships**, unlock revenue, and ensure payouts run flawlessly. This is a **high-ownership, execution-heavy role** where you’ll work directly with banks, sales, and finance to drive business growth end-to-end.

**What you will do**

**Bank Partnerships**

• Onboard and manage banks/NBFCs
• Negotiate payouts, commissions & exclusive deals
• Bring high-impact partnerships that drive revenue

**Sales Enablement**

• Deploy bank deals on ground with sales teams
• Ensure clarity on offers, eligibility & processes
• Help close high-value deals

**Payout Ownership**

• Manage end-to-end payout lifecycle
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursements
• Resolve discrepancies with zero leakage

**Finance Coordination**

• Work with Accounts on invoicing & collections
• Track payments and maintain clean MIS

**Process Building**

• Fix broken systems and build scalable workflows
• Automate manual processes with tech teams

**What We’re Looking For**

• 3–6 years in banking / fintech / alliances / payouts
• Strong deal-making and negotiation skills
• Experience handling partners + internal stakeholders
• Comfortable with data, tracking, and reconciliation
• High ownership and execution mindset

**Preferred**

• Automotive / fintech / marketplace experience
• Exposure to dealer or distribution networks
• Basic understanding of accounting & invoicing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
