Job Summary:

Choudhary Industries is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to handle daily fabrication and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower handling, dispatch coordination, quality control, and timely execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production activities and shop floor operations

Plan production schedules as per customer orders and dispatch timelines

Handle fabrication work, material flow, and manpower allocation

Ensure quality standards and production targets are achieved

Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch departments

Reduce production delays, wastage, and downtime

Maintain production reports and job tracking

Supervise machine operators, welders, fitters, and helpers

Ensure safety and discipline in the factory

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred

Experience in fabrication or manufacturing industry preferred

Strong leadership and production planning skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and production documentation

Ability to manage workforce and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in construction and irrigation equipment, fabrication, steel structure, or agricultural products manufacturing will be an advantage.

Salary: 15000- 25000/-
