**Job Title: Real Estate Project Head**
**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
**Job Summary:**
The Real Estate Project Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate development projects, from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring project goals align with the companys vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Leadership:**
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors and build the site management plan and timeline of construction.
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Assess project feasibility and market potential.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Make construction timeline.
- Make SOP'S for construction quality check.
- Follow up from contractors and reviews.
- Problem solving ability in the project.
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
- **Budget Management:**
- Oversee financial planning, including budget creation and monitoring.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee budget of the project and implement cost saving measures.
- **Quality Assurance:**
- Establish and maintain high standards for quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
- **Reporting:**
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- years of experience in real estate development or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
