**Job Description – Project Head**
**1. Basic Details**
**Job Title:** Project Head

**Work Location:** Raipur, India
**2. Duties and Responsibilities**
- Master planning and day-to-day planning of projects for timely execution, including coordination with all consultants
- Coordinate with the construction team and contractors for smooth execution
- Certification of BOQ and control of BOQ vs. expenditure through Farvision
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
- Assess site execution feasibility and gather necessary data
- Manage the construction site and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Possess a strong understanding of structural and architectural designs
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Ensure completion of projects within defined timelines and monitor progress of all ongoing projects
- Keep management informed of any critical issues
- Report to PMO as per standard MIS and reporting structure on a periodic basis

- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
**5. Salary Structure**
**CTC:** Up to ₹15 LPA
**6. Preference**
- Candidates must be from Chhattisgarh or currently working in Chhattisgarh
- Minimum 7 years of experience in residential projects (mandatory)
- Last role must be in a residential project
**7. Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong project handling experience
- Team management and leadership skills
- ERP experience along with good knowledge of MS Project (MSP)
- Willingness to travel across multiple project sites frequently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Technical expertise in planning, budgeting, BOQ, quality checks, and assurance
- Experience in handling multi-story building projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
