**Position:** MEP Project Manager – Head

**Project Size:** ~500,000 sq. ft.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **MEP Project Manager – Head** for our ongoing hospital construction project in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for independently managing and overseeing the complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) scope of the project.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of MEP works
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP activities
• Handling site-level decision-making independently
• Monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant project experience
• Experience in handling large-scale construction projects
• Ability to independently manage MEP works
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

**Note:** Freshers are strictly not eligible for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
