About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in plumbing and firefighting system installations to lead complex MEP projects across commercial, industrial, and high-rise residential developments.

**What you'll do**

• Lead end-to-end execution of plumbing and firefighting projects — scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, fire sprinkler, hydrant, and suppression systems in compliance with NBC, NFPA, and local authority standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil, and structural teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
• Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals for plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Manage subcontractors, labour deployment, procurement, and site safety protocols.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk registers, and completion milestones to senior management.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and NOC documentation are completed for fire authority approvals.

**What we're looking for**

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification is a strong plus.

8–15 years of hands-on experience managing plumbing and/or firefighting projects, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity.

In-depth knowledge of NBC 2016, IS codes, NFPA 13/14/20, and TAC/AERB fire protection guidelines.

Proven ability to handle multi-crore MEP contracts across commercial towers, hospitals, airports, or large industrial plants.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project scheduling tools.

Strong leadership, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
