If you are interested in real estate, property sourcing, and deal coordination, this role offers hands-on exposure to commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Travel across Chhattisgarh and PAN India to identify land parcels, commercial spaces, retail units, and industrial sheds. • Build and maintain a database of verified properties for leasing, sale, or collaboration. • Conduct site visits and property inspections, collect technical details, and prepare visit reports with photos/videos. • Coordinate with corporates, brands, investors, and developers to understand property requirements. • Support negotiations and assist in closing property transactions. • Maintain daily travel logs, visit reports, and inventory updates.
