Vaayu Shanti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Pollution Control Equipment, specializing in Filter Bags, Filter Cages, and a trusted supplier of ESP Spares. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **Purchase Manager** to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material planning activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of purchase management, vendor handling, inventory coordination, and cost control with hands-on experience in industrial procurement operations.

**Key Responsibilities :Purchase & Procurement**

· Execute purchase activities for raw materials, consumables, and services

· Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and order finalization

· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures

· Maintain vendor records, purchase registers, and inventory documentation

· Track material delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement

· Coordinate with production and stores teams for material requirements

· Ensure cost control and timely availability of materials

· Monitor inward materials and support inventory coordination activities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

· Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

**Required Skills & Competencies :**

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

· 3–6 years of experience in purchase and procurement operations

· Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes

· Good negotiation and communication skills

· Knowledge of inventory management and material planning

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally, and purchase documentation

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong analytical and coordination skills

**Preferred IndustryExperience :**

· Manufacturing / Engineering / Pollution Control Equipment industry
