Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Raw Materials team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coal operations, commercial coordination, documentation, and reporting activities.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Industries:

• Steel
• Power
• Coal Washery
• Cement

Key Responsibilities:

• Coal Bill Processing and Freight Bill Verification
• Handling SECL Coal and Trading Coal Transactions
• Preparation of Quality Deduction Sheets
• Coordination with Plant Teams on Quality Matters
• Audit, Reconciliation, and Documentation Management
• Preparation of MIS and Periodic Reports using MS Excel
• Coordination with Accounts and Other Internal Departments

Required Skills:

• ERP Experience (Mandatory)
• Strong MS Excel Knowledge
• Good Written Communication Skills in English
• Documentation and Coordination Skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Local candidates from Raipur, Chhattisgarh preferred
