Job Summary
Superkreatives, a growing digital marketing agency , is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience , preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple digital and creative roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles such as SEO Executives, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other effective sourcing methods.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Schedule interviews and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards.
Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience , preferably in a digital marketing agency .
Good understanding of digital marketing and creative roles.
Experience in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have)
Experience hiring for agencies or startups.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
