Job Description:

Shreejikrupa.co.in is hiring an HR recruiter for its Raipur office. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment and HR operations, especially for civil construction projects and site manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction/site positions

Coordinate with project teams for manpower planning

Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews

Manage joining formalities and employee documentation

Maintain recruitment records and HR reports

Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities

Requirements:

MBA/Graduate in HR or related field

3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment

Mandatory: Civil construction recruitment background

Mandatory: Experience hiring for civil construction projects

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
