Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The RMO will be responsible for providing medical care, supervising patient treatments, and collaborating closely with physicians and clinical teams. Additional duties include supporting minor surgical procedures, training support staff, and ensuring a high standard of patient care in adherence to Ayurvedic health principles. Qualifications - Proficiency in Medicine and demonstrated expertise in Patient Care - Experience with Training and working collaboratively with healthcare staff - Knowledge or experience in Surgery and assisting healthcare procedures - Ability to collaborate effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or an equivalent qualification in healthcare - Knowledge or certification in Ayurvedic practices is an advantage - Ability to handle emergency situations with confidence and efficiency
