**Job Title: NCLT / IBC Analyst – Strategic Acquisition**

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Identify and evaluate **distressed companies under NCLT proceedings** for acquisition opportunities
- Conduct **financial and operational due diligence** of target companies
- Perform in-depth **balance sheet analysis**, including liabilities, debt structure, and cash flow assessment
- Review **legal documents**, insolvency filings, and contracts related to NCLT cases
- Prepare **feasibility reports, valuation models, and investment analysis**
- Support development of **strategic acquisition and turnaround plans** under IBC
- Assist in **preparation and submission of resolution plans**
- Coordinate with **Resolution Professionals (RP), legal advisors, and internal stakeholders**
- Track ongoing **NCLT cases** and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline
- Support in **post-acquisition execution and integration strategy**
**Key Skills Required:**
- Strong understanding of **financial statements**, especially **balance sheet analysis**
- Working knowledge of **IBC, NCLT procedures, and legal frameworks**
- Ability to review and interpret **legal documents and agreements**
- Expertise in **financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparables, etc.)**
- Due diligence, risk assessment, and analytical thinking
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
**Preferred Qualification:**
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / LLB (preferred or added advantage)
- 2–4 years experience in **distressed assets / consulting / legal-financial roles / audit**
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
