**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
**Work Hours:** 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon-Sat, 6 days a week)

**Job Overview:**
MM Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Retail Manager to handle daily store operations, billing processes, customer communication, and inventory management. The role requires a professional, organized, and soft-spoken individual who can manage systems efficiently and ensure smooth store functioning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing through the system
• Handle outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain and operate retail systems for billing, stock tracking, and records
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely collection
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

**Required Skills:**

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or store management
• Basic computer knowledge and system handling skills
• Strong communication skills with a professional and calm approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
• Understanding of inventory and stock management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
