**Job Type**: We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive retail growth for Orga Life products. You will build relationships with retail stores, secure product placement, and achieve monthly sales targets.**Key Responsibilities**

• **Store Onboarding**: Recruit new retail outlets, grocery stores, and supermarkets.
• **Order Generation**: Visit assigned retail routes daily to secure recurring product orders.
• **Merchandising**: Ensure prominent shelf placement and visibility of Orga Life products.
• **Relationship Management**: Maintain strong, positive partnerships with store owners and managers.
• **Market Feedback**: Report on competitor pricing, stock levels, and consumer trends.
• **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels at retail points to prevent stockouts.

**Qualifications and Skills**

• **Experience**: Minimum 1 years to 3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• **Education**: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• **Communication**: Strong negotiation and spoken communication skills.
• **Travel**: Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• **Traits**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and familiar with local retail markets.
