**Experience:** 2-4 Years
**Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate
**Salary:** ₹15000– ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and promotions.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
